Two ways......
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
(turns off the alert)
or
ThisWorkbook.Saved = True
(fools the workbook into "thinking" that it's saved whether it is or
not).
No, I already did a save as text file, but when I close the file it asks to
save again for some reason.
