ActiveX component can't be created

Hi all GURU,

I did a macro in EXCEL 2000.
I installed in window98 for excel 97.
IT had no problem running.

However, I installed in excel 97 on window 95.
I encountered message. Run Time Error "429"

What is happening?
Is it because of window 95?
if yes, can something be added to made the macro run?

Please advise
