ActiveX component can't create object

A client of mine is having problems runnning a VBA function that's been
working fine for months. The function reads in a few MS Project 2002 files
(.mpp). Recently, he installed a new version of MS Project (now he has 2
versions of MS Project on his PC, 2002 and 2007). Now the function gives him
the error: ActiveX component can't create object. But it happens after it
reads in a few .mpp files. It doesn't happen right away. I tried
re-registering dao360.dll but that didn't work.

Help ?
