ActiveX control "Stuck"

When I go into either Project Center or Resource Center, the message
"Loading grid..." continues to display with no result and I am not
prompted to download the control (which I know has already been
installed).

I've tried to blow away my temp internet files and cookies, etc. but
no luck (Tools | Internet Options | Delete Browsing History | Delete
All)

Anyone know how to fix this?

Do we need to uninstall the controls and re-install when prompted
again? If so, how, where, and what are their names?

Any and all help would greatly be appreciated.

Andy,

They are located in the Internet Options>General Tab>Browsing
History>Settings>View Options, there are two files beginning with PJ...
PJ12enuC and PjAdoInfo4. Delete these and when you relaunch PWA it should
reload them.
