ActiveX error 336 - Issue

ActiveX component not correctly registered (Error 336)

Hanyone come across this error. I have a user that is in word trying to
create a
calendar through a template "calendar wizard". When she clicks create this
error message pops up ."ActiveX component not correctly registered (Error
336)".
