ActiveX Error

I am receiving the error "ActiveX componenet cannpt create object" when trying utilize the Switchboard Manager in Access 2002 and Access 2000. Whaat is the recommended fix for this. I have already un-installed and re-installed the software with no luck.

This usually means that your app didn't get installed correctly, or some other app was installed/uninstalled afterwards and it mucked things up. Re-installing your app should fix the problem. Another likely suspect is the Windows userid installing the program isn't a member of the Administrators group.
