ActiveX & Inputmask

To all,

I have a problem with my system. I run Windows 98 with
Office 2000 Prof, recently installed.

But now I lost all my Inputmasks & I get the error message
relating to ActiveX. I tried solving this by using help,
and looking at a similar platform, but to no use.

Can anyone help?
