ActiveX problem(Access)- Create a form to enter report criteria

I have compiled the program (on Access 2003 on WindowsXP operating system) as
detailed in Help/Entering criteria/Create a form to enter report criteria.

When I click the Cancel button, the form disappears. However, when I click
the OK button, I get the following error message: "You don't have the license
to use this ActiveX Control"

I would appreciate your assistance in solving this error.

Instead of ActiveX I used a form to obtain the criteria required to generate
the report.

Refer to 'Method 2: Form for entering the dates' under 'Limiting a Report to
a Date Range' in the article "Creating a report based on specific criteria"
by Allen Brown available at microsoft.public.access.reports
