To Whom It Concerns,

I downloaded a programme from the net which was Hotbar, after i loaded I
chose to uninstall it as it was not working properly. Once i uninstalled it,
i began to have problems with my outlook, i keep getting a message as
follows" (Your current security settings prohibit running Active controls on
this page. As a result, the page may not display correct).

Could you please advise how i can fix this error message and also fix my PC,
i'm afraid i might have by error cancelled important data.

Hotbar contains Spyware. Uninstalling it will get rid of the software but
not of the Spyware. Use an anti-spyware package like Microsoft Defender to
scan your system. Additionally reset your Internet Security settings back to
default or higher in Control Panel-> Internet Options.
