Outlook 2000, When I add my vcard to a message it has all
my private info listed in the activities tab, how do I
stop this please.

There's nothing to stop, because the vCard itself contains no information
about your activities. It's showing you *your* activities based on a dynamic
view of your folders. The person you're sending the vCard to will see
*their* activities. If you don't believe me, save the vCard as a .vcf file,
then open it in Notepad to see what information it actually includes.
