Does anyone have a suggestion about using MS Outlook Calendar for preparing
and printing a monthly activity calendar?
For our organization, we'd like to print and post a paper version of a
monthly calendar showing all the appointments/activities for the
organization. These vary from day to day and include evening meetings,
weekend activities, etc. Many days have 5+ line items.
We want the calendar to start the week with Sunday and be seven columns
across (one column for each day of the week).

You might want to take a look at some 3rd party tools, some of which are
free, that use your Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in another
program, which you can then customize to your liking. See a listing here:
