Activity Series

Can BCM create an activity series like ACT! (Ex. Once I get a new client, I
have a series of 10+ tasks that stretch out over 90 days and I do not want to
create a new task (10 of them) for every new client.)

ChrisH:

No, BCM can't do it but our pinpoint Marketing tool can. It can create
action plans full of tasks and appointments only, combined with emails and
letters that our tool prints/sends, and BCM Business Projects with Project
Tasks.
