I have a couple of projects, let's say A and B.
In this projects, I have a resource R which was set to inactive.
I noticed that this resource still has some remaining work, so I
re-activated the resource to set remaining work to 0.
But I ran into this problem:
I open project A in MSP Pro. Resource R has two assignments (in resource
usage view). One from project A and one from project B.
For the external task from project B it says:
- Work: 45days
- Remaining Work: 45days
- Actual Work: 0days
Now, I open project B to set remaining work to 0 for resource R. But what
does project B tells me?
- Work: 45days
- Remaining Work: 0days
- Actual Work: 45days
I open PWA with resource R account. This also shows that remaining work = 0.
I have reset remaining work in project B to 0 and republished, but the
problem still exists.
Any suggestions? Thx!
