Actual hours filled with planned

hi,

in one of the projects hosted on my Project Server for some tasks the
actual hours get filled with the planned hours for each assignment. The
secific for these tasks is that they have about 8 resources assigned to
them.
has anyone had something similar, how to deal with it.
