Actual Work Billable blank in OLAP cube

The following behaviour occurs in Project Server 2007 OLAP cubes:
1. create an OLAP view based on MSP_Project_Timesheet cube
2. drag Actual Work Billable measure to data cells
3. drag Project List to rows
Actual Work Billable is visible (evaluated) in data cells
4. drag a Project Custom Field to rows
Actual Work Billable is BLANK in data cells

Project (or task) CUSTOM fields are not linked to Timesheet actuals.
Is there a way to fix this behaviour ?
The need is to see actuals on Timesheet grouped by Project dimensions.
(without importing Timesheet Actuals in Projects, of course)
