Hi,
Question - are "actual work" values in Portfolio Analyzer representative of
exactly what a resource enters in their PwA timesheet for a particluar day?
Is there a delay in seeing this data in Portfolio Analyzer, i.e., does the
OLAP cube have to be created?
Background - My company uses managed work periods and manadates that all
project resources account for 40 or more hours per week by entering time in
PWA timesheets. In order to measure compliance someone whipped up a rather
complicated process which looks at time in timesheets that was not submitted
yet, time submitted and time not accepted.
My thought is that we could simply use the actual work value for each day
for each resource and ensure that it is greater than 40 hours per weekly
period.
