Actual Work in percent - Portfolio Analyzer

HI friends
I have created a new view for the Portfolio Analyzer, but I need add the
field "actual work" in percent, how can i do it?. The list contains only the
number, but no the percent.

Please, help me!

Hi Carla

You need to create a calculated field in the analyser design screen

Click the calculator icon in the toolbar (above the darag and drop areas)

1) Name the new field e.g. Percent Complete
2) In the drop down selection in the bottom right of the screen, select the
work (Total) field and click the insert reference to button,
3) Manually type the /
4) Select the actual work (Total) field and click the insert reference to
button
5) Manually enter * 100

6) Select the format tab
7) Choose the % from the number drop down list

8) When you click the close X in the top right the new field will be added
to your view
