Actual work mismatch in Timesheet & Portfolio Analyzer

Any body help ....

When I have seen Actual Hrs in one of my resource time sheet ,its shows
103.12hrs(for Aug-07) and when for same resource Actual hrs I have seen
through Portfolio Analyzer it's shows 94.50hrs ,I had approved all his task
forwarded to me for updation through PWA.

Hey Nitesh,

This may be beacuse of Tiemsheet & Plan data mismatching.When PM approve the time for a resource & meanwhile he loose the connection or Prokject Pro cant calculate the Atual hrs in Plan. You will see the diference, Timesheet will have gthe hrs but plan & portfolio will not have that.

Hi Amit

I have concerned with project manager he approved the task(coming for
updation) successfully without loosing connection off. And I republish the
project plan and also publish new & change assignment from cllobrate -->
publish --> new and change assignments option.

But still problem is presest.

I need your help. Please reply.

Project Analyzer uses the OLAP cube which is not refresehed real time . We
have our OLAP cube set to update at Midnight every day I would have your
administrator check to see when your's is set to run.
