Hi all!
Our PMs try to share actual work values that resources updated by PWA
between Actual Work and Actual Overtime Work in regards of planed or not. For
example Joe updates 10 hours for a task but only 8 hours is accounted, 2
hours are overflow work. PM accepts all hours but after this edits Actual
Overtime Work to 2 on Task Usage view. This results a recalculated Actual
work than became 12 hours, so PM reduced this value to 10. Actual Work = 10,
Regular Work = 8, Actual Overtime Work = 2. PM republishes these
modifications with option overwriting actuals and everybody is happy.
But when resource writes other workhours to this task to other days and
updates this, the Actual Work changed with Act. Overtime Work value on day
that resource hasn't touched in this second case. So actual work will be 12
in example.
What is this reason? How can we keep the actual values that PM edited and
republished???
