Actual Work

We are currently using MS Project Professional 2003. For whatever reason,
Actual Work is not being reporting correctly within PWA views. For example,
a task is complete, and we verify Actual Work, set remaining work to Zero,
save and publish the project to PWA. When looking at several views within
PWA, these tasks to not reflect the updates. Remaining work does not equal
Zero, and any Actual work we had does not jive with what MS Project
Professional 2003 shows.

Any ideas as to why the updates don't occur?

Thanks

David...

We are using SP2 on our MS Project Professional 2003 Server. I believe that
is the latest and greatest.

Thanks for the reply.

Is your client on the same SP version as well?

Also, if you do not have "Managed Time Periods" enabled, try to publish with
"Overwriet Actuals" option on. I have found this to sometimes be necessary
to force through updates to PWA.
