Actual Work

I enter our actual hours worked on the resource usage sheet in Project 2002.
When I insert a new resource to a task which has already Actual Work booked from other resources, sometimes Project automatically gives the new resource an ammount of Actual Work instead that the Actual Work for the new resource is "0 hours". The tasktype is "Fixed Units" or "Fixed Work" en the "% complete = 100"
This means that the Actual Work in Project is not always the same ammount of hours that I have entered on the resource usage sheet in Project

Does someone knows a solution

Annerike,
I believe the problem you are seeing is because the task
is 100% complete. When you add resources to tasks that
are complete, project assumes that the added resource
also had actual work equal to scheduled work.
