Actuals in Updates log not appearing in plans or pwa views

hello

One of my resources just let me know that task updates that were approved
are no longer showing in his task list. Our information is below:

Configuration:
-Single Server (SQL 2005, PS2S7 (SP1, Dec Inf Update), MOSS07 (SP1, Dec Inf
Update)

Diagnosis Steps:
-resource reported updated time spent not visibile in task views
-reviewed project center assignment work view and confirmed that they are
not appearing
-Confirmed in project client that actual work is not present
-reviewed applied updates and confirmed that the update WAS submitted AND
approved AND published

Ryan:

I see that no one has responded. There really isn't enough information
available to take a stab at this. It could be user error on the PM side. I'm
not sure that you can get to the bottom of this without knowing every action
that the users took.
