I'm using MS Project 2007. I have users that update their actual time
via My Timesheet on a daily basis. The users then import their time
from the Timesheet into My Tasks and submit their tasks for update to
the project schedule on a weekly basis. I update the schedule with
their tasks and actuals.
If My Timesheet had the following:
M - 4 jrs
T - 2 hrs
W - 0 hrs
TH - 2 hrs
F - 2 hrs
After importing My Timesheet into My My Tasks, My Tasks does not have
the hours posted exactly as above. They are usually 3.588, 2.088...
which add to the correct weekly total. Since this, the actuals are
not posted to the project correctly either.
Any help in explaining the right way to post hours on a daily basis
would be appreciated.
