ACWP values getting messed up!!

Hello,

I am importing a msp file into the enterprise(project server 2003). This msp
file already have some resources those have logged actual hours. Hence have
some value of ACWP. While importing this project these resources are made
enterprise resources. It is ensured that the calendar settings of these
resources does not change.
After the import is complete it is found that ACWP value(summary level)
differs from that of the msp file which was imported. Further analysis shows
that project server is messing up the ACWP values. What is the cause of this?
How can i resolve this problem. Please respond ASAP since this problem is in
the production environment and need immediately resolution.
