AD Synch across domains [PS 2007]

I consulting on a deployment that has the project server in Domain A. Users
exist both in Domain's A and B. I want the users to come from Domain B via
AD Synch. Domain A trusts domain B but not the other direction.

Has anyone navigated these waters before and can provide some guidance?
