AD Synch Issue

The AD Synch is working fine all the while until my administrator re-create a
new AD account for 1 of the PM. This causes the PM becoming inactive in the
project server after the periodic AD sync. There are quite a number of
projects that are handled by this PM so what is the best solution to fix this
apart from clearing the user AD GUID?
