add a "2 word" word to the custom dictionary

Here's a bug:

There is no way to add a word like latisimus dorsi to the custom dictionary.
You can add each word separately but it would be more useful to have it come
up as one word when it offers suggestions in typing or in spell checking.
since it is a medical word derived from a latin root, you would hardly ever
use either word on its own.

Another thing the newer words could include would be a broader range with
medical and science related words like "mesitylene." There are numerous
common names for chemical words that would be extremely useful to include in
the dictionary. I also think word should team up or make their own useful
dictionary with a brief definition for every word in the dictionary. Less
users would go to dictionary.com or m-w.com to get definitions if they could
just right click and get what they wanted right there.

Thank you for your time.

hope this is the right spot to report this.

Well, don't add "latisimus," anyway, since the correct spelling is
"latissimus." <g> You can add third-party medical dictionaries to Word.
