I work in a business that requires a lot of forward planning. It would be
helpful if at a glance you could view the priorities of a 30 day 60 day and
90 day window Not in a calendar format but in a summary format of Priorities.

What determines a day's priority, if not an item on that day in the calendar?

I looked at schemax and what I it is not what I am looking for. In our
operations we deal with businesses who renew contracts annually for
insurance. Each account must be reunderwritten annually and processes to that
end begin 90 to 120 days prior to renewal. Several people are involved in
that process and reminding certain members of their priorities and
responsibilities would be viewed more easily based on pending deadlines of
delivery. We also need the ability to mark them completed or partially
completed like you can in the Task in outlook.
