Add a BN function to the email--blind note for short msg to bcc

Add as function that enables user to add a blind note to a bcc message. For
example, I want to bcc someone on an email, and add a further
explanation/context etc to it that the recepient of the original won't see.

There's simply no way to do that using existing mail protocols.
