Add a Caption to a Figure Word 2007

Hi. I have a problem. I can add a caption to a single figure in manual mode,
but I can't use automatic insert caption.
I try to configure automatic insert, but it don't work. In Word 2003 in the
same mode it work correctly.
I try to select all automatic insert type. If I insert another element,
automatic insert work corectly. If I insert image, It don't work

I try to reinstall word, without results.

I believe this is a known issue with Word 2007. See the following thread in
