add a chatoom

Can I add a chatroom to my website? I really need to know because it will
make my buisiness site better for people to be able to ask me questions
without emailing me all the time.

You can put a questioner form on your site using publisher that will end up
in your email when someone submits it
Check with your hosting service to see how they handle forms
Get the details from them and if you need further assistance, post back with
details

Chatrooms come in all different flavors, first start with your host and see
what they offer (they may have something already set up for free or fee), if
they don't ask what technology your web package will support...then go from
there.

No, Publisher cant create one for you, and it may be a little tricky
incorporating one into a Publisher created website since Publisher is not a
html editor.
