Add a full table function as in Word in OneNote

Onenote should have the same table functionality as Word in Office 2003

Aloha Peter,

OneNote 2007 has greatly improved tables. It's never going to have FULL
table functionality in part because there are a lot of things you can do
in tables that are simply not really in line with OneNote's purpose. If
you need really advanced tables you should be using Word or Excel.

But OneNote 2007 does have a lot better tables than 2003 does.
