Add a hyperlink to dropdown box

When designing a web page in Word, how can I put a hyperlink into a dropdown
box? I would like it to show the short name and not the URL. I have several
pages I would like to list and give others a choice.

Word is completely the wrong product for creating web pages. Don't go there.
Quite apart from being unable to do what you're currently asking, it creates
seriously *awful* HTML.

I did not request opinions on creating web pages in word. All I requestes was
an answer as to whether it is possible.

I guess part of the answer that you did not like, but that was still valid,
is that we cannot really understand what is this thing about which you are
wondering if it is possible or not.

By the way, I do agree with Jezebel. Word is not a good tool for Web
authoring.

But, if you insist, you might want to post questions in
word.web.authoring

Sorry, I thought Jezebel had written:
"being unable to understand what you're currently"

Funny how your mind can play tricks with you!

So, please, disregard the first paragraph in my last reply.
