Add a .jpg to a cell so that it opens up when you hover over the c

I have a workbook of prices and descriptions of products and would like to add
pictures (.jpg's) of the product so that when you hover over a cell the image
would open so a salesperson could show a customer what the product looks like.
If it could work like a "comment" it would be slick.
