Hi,
I installed last week Exchange2k3-sp2. After several tests I decided to put
the server in a production environment. My corporate users seems to find the
services a mayor improvement for the organization since we used to log onto
our ISP mail server. Now some of them, came to me asking me if is it possible
to have more than a mailbox right into their own profiles (in an Active
Directory integrated, every mailbox is a user.)
I found an option to do so in Outlook 2003, using the advanced configuration
tab of Email Accounts / Exchange Config window of my mailbox . But, when I
configure the aditional mailbox it appears as a second mailbox in my folders
list, it'is impossible to open the mailbox due to (I guess) it never ask me
for credentials that grants me the access to such mailbox, which is an AD
object.
What's wrong with this? 'cause i can't find a way to validate credentials in
order to open the added mailbox. It never ask me for that. Please I need help.
