Add a meta tag

Google wants me to add a meta tag to my website's html so that their search
engine will notice it. I am not sure how to access the html code for my
website. Can anyone help with this?

Look at the Tools Menu
Select Web Page Options
Insert the key words
Open your saved *.htm page with NOTEPAD and you will see your meta tag a few
line down from the top
