add a new address to mail merge address list in Word 2007

I cant find out how to add a new address to mail merge address liost in Word
2007 Pleas Help??

Select 'edit recipient list' from the mailings tab. In the ensuing dialog,
select the database name in the lower window and the extra tools to edit the
database become available.
