You need to drag it just a little wider - it needs to be a full 2 small
calendars wide. It can be up to about half the width of Outlook. Depending
on your screen resolution, you could have 4 or more wide.
You can also turn off toolbars to make the window taller - along with
turning off the status bar and collapsing the buttons to one level. Oh, and
turn off the view selector if its on.
At full screen, I can see 3 vertical calendars and 4 wide (total of 12) in
the Nav pane.
