Add a template to Visio that supports the BPMN notation.

If you're using English Visio 2003 and are connected to the web, you can get
a set of BPMN shapes by entering "BPMN" in the "Search for Shapes" field at
the top of the Shapes window. Note, however, that these shapes were based on
a pre-1.0 version of the BPMN spec, so they're not completely up to date.

Also there are some BPMN templates for Visio created by third-parties. For
example, see this link:
