Add a title to Title drop down menu

Is it possible to add 'Mr & Mrs' to the title drop down menu when entering a new contact ? Cannot find any previous faq. I know its unfashionable but all my friends and acquaintances are in this category.

If it's Outlook contacts that you are talking about, it would be more appropriate to ask in one of the Outlook newsgroups.
