Add ability to override format when replying to e-mail

K

We have some users that have specific formats or stationery that they use on
their e-mail. We would like the ability to override the senders formats
when replying to these e-mails as using stationery actually increases the
size of the e-mail.

You can do this through the Format menu when having Outlook as the e-mail
editor or through the format drop down when you have Word as the e-mail
editor. Switch it to Plain Text to drop all formatting.
