MBund_aspx
I am using MS Office Communicator 1.0.559
I have liked the tool so far (the integration with Outlook's calendar is
nice) but I wish I had more control over the information that is on the main
screen. For example, it shows my full name "Michael B*********" when I would
prefer it use my login "MBund" or perhaps a nickname "Mike".
This same suggestion could be used for my contact list. I may want to list
someone by their nickname rather than their full name.
This suggestion so far pertains to my personal view of my info. In addition,
it would be nice to share this suggestion to other people who have me on
their contact list. I know MS Communicator supports this from other IM
products (I see users on my contact list change their info), but I do not see
a way to do it in MS Office Communicator.
You should also enter a "MS Office Communicator" discussion group on
www.microsoft.com/wn3 -- since it did not exist I used "Office General
Questions" instead.
