Add Access 2007 to Office Standard 2007

I upgraded from Professional 2003 to Office Standard 2007 and it made all the
2003 programs inoperable though they still show in my programs list. How do
I either get Access 2003 to work or add Access 2007 to the Office Standard
2007? since I've already paid for the Office Standard I don't want to have
to now buy a complete Professional 2007 upgrade for another $350+. Is there
some way to just upgrade the Access 2003 (which isn't working) to Access 2007?
