While in OWA, and going to Public Folders, we have a common contacts area.
When, via OWA, someone goes into this area and creates a new, or opens an
existing contact, the ability to add an attachment is not available. You can
see an attachment that has been added via the Outlook client, just not add
one yourself.
I have looked at permissions and this does not seem to be the cause. Is
there a way to enable this feature in OWA?
