Add another page of template to end of existing document?

I set up a page with 3 text boxes. I would like to be able to add subsequent
pages to this document that have the boxes already on the pages. I stumbled
onto a keyboard shortcut that did it for me, but alas I have forgotten what
it was. I know how to link text boxes--OK there. So I want to type in the
text box on the first page, and then be able to add a page with the same set
up, and keep typing.

thanks

I have no idea what the keyboard shortcut may have been or what it might
have actually done for you as there is no "Insert Pages" command in Word,
let alone one that inserts pages with content :) Word doesn't work on the
basis of physical pages - even though the program is designed to give you
the impression that it does. Pagination is actually imposed at the time the
document is printed based on all the variables that go into the construction
of the *text* flow & the objects attached to it.

It sounds like you're attempting to use Word for a job that would better be
handled by a page layout program, or perhaps there is a different approach
worth considering. Quite frankly, the direction you're headed will quite
likely produce a very fragile document that will - sooner rather than
later - break & be rendered useless. There are any number of useful features
available in Word which are quite helpful (and reliable) if used
appropriately, but building the majority of a document's structure on them
is a recipe for disaster. Think in terms of the guy who sits down & eats 3
gallons of ice cream, gets sick, then wonders why they're allowed to make
the stuff in the first place :)

If you provide some detail about what you're trying to accomplish I'm sure
there are seasoned veterans who will be more than happy to offer some
alternative approaches.
