add baseline work column to pwa

Is it possible to add the Baseline Work column to PWA? I would like this
column to be uneditable but for resources to use that number as the estimated
work time. I want to use this column so the number does not change.

I have tried to add a Published Field in Project and republish the project
but that does not seem to working.

Anyone know the trick or if this is not possible?

Thank you in advance!

You are on the right track but need to do a few more steps to complete the
process. You will have to add the baseline work field the the timesheet
view. In addition, when you are adding the field in the published fields
area, make sure that you also select that the baseline work is for the
assignment. If you don't select this, the field will represent the task and
now what the individual work for someone. This value will then also end up
on the Update tasks screen for the PM to see when they are approving work.

Please see the article on this subject that I wrote for MPA at:

by step.
