Add BaselineCost 1; 2; 2 ... to Olap Cube ??

Hello,
Anay one have the expérience to add Baselinecost 1, 2,...10 to Olap Cube
I know we can add a new dimension as the week.
But what about other the standard project field as a measure ??
How to do that ??
