Add / change Access table from VB ?

I am soon releasing an a new version of my software to my clients.

My problem is that the new software uses new tables in my database (mdb) and
changes to the structure in existing tables.

On my development pc, I have the new database with the upto date table
structures. Obviously I can not copy this database onto client machines, as
I can not overwrite client data.

How do I get these structure changes on to my client machines?

Any ideas please.

In addition to Mike's advice, you can also use SQL to insert tables:

CREATE TABLE tblPeople (lngPeopleID LONG NOT NULL, strLastName TEXT (50))
....

I'm doing this from memory, Google on "Jet DDL" and you'll likely find the
correct names for fields and such. Here's one, but I'm sure you can find
