Add "Chilkdren" field in Outlook (2003 Parent & Teacher addit. Win

How do I add the children field to contacts? According to my View>Arrange
By>Currant View>Customize Current View>Fields Children should be there but
it isn't. What am I missing?

do you want it in the list view or on the contact form itself?

On the form, its on all fields page, under personal fields.
