Add colon to times

Is there a way to add a colon ) to times?

Example: At the moment I have
A1 (hours) 2
B1 (minutes) 4
C1 (seconds) 8.321

I want these to end up in a single time cell as 2:4:8.321

=(A1+(B1+C1/60)/60)/24
